Hi, I've heard of people getting cheap sun holidays and was wondering where did people get them and how long before they were leaving did they book them. There is 4 of us looking to go away 23rd August and our budget is tight so max to pay for the holiday €350 each. All suggestions would be greatly appprecaited.

Cassidys Travel Blanchardstown often advertise amazing low prices in the lower seasons.
One example was E199 for a week in Crete about a month ago....but that was just one of quite a few offers under eE300.

I am looking for a cheap holiday too but for September.

Best so far I have got is flying to Malloraca (sp?) with Ryanair - €240 incl all charges. A villa for a week £340 GBP. Works out just over €600 for 2 for the week. Getting somwhere cheaper to stay will obviously bring it down more.

hi everybody in my experience either plan ahead and get a cheap aerlingus flight (or ryanair but only if you can keep your bag under 15 kg) and book a hotel on something like alpharooms.com this also helps if you know a particular resort you want to go, to weed out the good from the bad failing that check your local budgettravel every 2 days really cheap hollidays sell out fast !

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have tried most of these places. I think I may just wait closer to the time because we not not fussy on where we go just has to be 23rd
