Lidl wakeboard - any good?

I'm not a kitesurfer myself but I wouldn't consider getting that sort of kit from Lidl. You'd still need to buy suitable footstraps etc. I don't even know if a wakeboard would make a suitable kitesurf board, are they unidirectional or bidirectional? The spec says 2 fins, kitesurf boards should have 4.

Visit a reputable dealer who will advise you what kit to get. I'd also strongly advise lessons before committing to buying gear.

Yo can use a wakeboard, but generally they are too small for a beginner and the bindings wont help. Buy a decent second hand board to start with instead.
