What's it worth?

    2001 - 1.4, 3 door, Peugeot 206 with 59,000 miles on the clock.

    It has recently had its back axle replaced and the head gasket was also leaking oil but has been fixed.

    Had a mechanic look at it and reckons there is nothing else wrong with it.

    so what do you reckon would be a good price for it?

    Around €1500 -€2000 at most depending on Tax and NCT

    no, it's been on the go all the time. not driven very hard either, apparently they are pretty notorious for damage with the back axle and gasket. i say apparently cos i know nothing about cars!!

    You'd be all out to get 1500 euros for it, they don't sell that well any more. 3000 euros?:confused: I wish, where are you guys when i'm trying to sell something!:P

    Reminds me of a film I saw a long time ago, the name of which escapes me, but anyway a drugs bust was being announced on the news with the street value being mentioned, queue Eddie Murphy (I think) "I'd love to know what streets they're selling it on".

    full leather interior, body kitt, lexus lights..( all these came with car..)

    Depends on how the bodykit looks...
    A bodykit will put a LOT of people off the car. Lexus lights will put 99% of people off the car.

    90k miles
    1.6l petrol

    Clutch needs to be done and cant bring myself to put any more money into it. Reckon I could still get €1k for it?

    6000... is happy out with me,,,, btw have cleaned it up since tat pic... a guy offered me 4000 lately.. and was temped for a few seconds till i thought how cool my car is...

    I'd want €1k along with it. Only takin the piss! :D TBH between 800-1000 depending on the bodywork etc. Clutch aint cheap either! Mileage aint too bad on her tho!
