CIPD Personnel Practice

Has anyone done this course in NCI? I live in London but am thinking of doing it, it 2 full saturdays a month. The cost is only €1800 a year compared to £3200 to it here in London which is ridiculous. So I would back and forth quite a bit but still would save money doing it this way.
