One of my fellow workers has been made redundant, he was on a 3 day week for the last 6 months but is now going on the dole fulltime from Sept 1st. Is this classed as a new application? Or should he just keep filling out those forms I stamp for him (the X and O forms), to indicate he is off full time now?

Those forms are only for part-time workers. He should call into the welfare office and tell them he's been let go.
