    Hi lads,

A friend of mine is looking in to cancelling his monthly subscription with BT Customer Street - a webdesign company ran by BT.

What he wants to know is will he get to keep the website that they have created ? The domain name is in his name so im assuming that he will be allowed to keep them.

As far as he knows, he's only paying the subscription for SEO - which i found a bit odd .

Can anyone shed any light on this ?

    Thanks,
    Dave

It depends what is in their T&C's. I will hazard a guess and say that unless BT expressly hand over the copyright, then they still own the design.
