LK Bennett in the shoe department of BTs have some. I was in there yesterday and they have some really nice navy shoes and bags. Didn't check the price though so can't say how much they cost.

Miss Selfridge has some navy chanel-inspired handbags at the moment, also maybe try Zara, I spotted navy clutches there a while back

Dunnes have one, its a patent croc clutch. I brought it in black and looks good. They are on sale at the moment from €12 to €6.
Penneys have some too.
