MC Expession Web 2, question

I have ms expression web 2 on my pc and going to make a website from scratch. How do i make a template with the soft edge and shade, here's an example: http://expression.microsoft.com/en-ie/default(en-us).aspx . btw: i dont want to download a template (i want to have a website i made from scratch, like a hobby!) thanks tim.

Use the firebug add-on for firefox and you can see how they do it.

i havent downloaded firefox web browser. i hate the look and feel of firefox. any others?
