I have 4 x original xbox hdd's left over from upgrades that i want to either use or sell. These drives have all been softmodded and my question is, if i format them back to MS original status but unlocked. Can i then place it in an xbox that has booted up and in unlock stage, swap the drives so that when it powers down it…

Can i then place it in an xbox that has booted up and in unlock stage, swap the drives so that when it powers down it will lock it so that it will work once re booted again ?
