    Hi lads any idea on a broker for a shortened vw beach buggy????
    I've tried AXA
    Quinn Direct
    and a few brokers around the town but getting no where

    Check with the Irish Kit car Club IKCC.ie, they have a deal with some of the brokers.
    Has the buggy passed an engineer's report?

    As far as I know, once the buggy is deemed roadworthy, you can be refused insurance twice then the third insurer must insure you by law.
