Printmaster 12 - Won't print additional copies

We use Printmaster Silver 12 to print off some flyers etc . However , we always have click on 'print project - print ' for every single page we want to print. As there is with all other programmes , there is an option to change number of copies to any amount you want . However , whether you change this to 2 copies or 102…

However , whether you change this to 2 copies or 102 copies , it makes no difference .................Printmaster will still only print one single copy.

Does anyone know how to go about solving this problem ?
