Underground Parties in Berlin

Im visiting Berlin soon and would like to get off the beaten track and find some underground parties / squat parties maybe? Does anyone have any tips? Places to hang out / ask around? Areas to scower in the wee hours?

I am really looking forward to visiting club Tresor (on the beaten track)

Dont go to tresor before about 3am. It will be dead. On your way to tresor from alexanderplatx we seen a little place under the train tracks on a kind of triangle corner. Walk down the side of the shopping centre towards to river and it should lead you to it. You wouldnt notice this little place but you will sure as hell hear it.

D is tresor on the map. I think its somewhere beside Klosterstrabe U station on this map. You'll hear it anyway. Place has no windows, just a door.

That place looked dodgey as fúck I thought but certainly worth checking out I guess :pac:

Just back from Berlin we where told by local germans where to head but couldn't find anything so we ended up in a squat just beside "Orianburger Tor" Metro stop .

I think this place is Golden Gate Club. It's at Jannowitzbrucke metro stop under the tracks. It's rocking, mad little spot. We went there in December after seeing John Selway in Weekend in Alexanderplatz. Think Golden Gate only opens at 7 in the morning, goes on all day.

If your doing a tour, do the Alternative Berlin tour, and the guides will be able to give you lots of info on underground parties and the like.

There are some great threads in this forum about Berlin as well if you look back to last year.

What age is it to get into these clubs?
