    Hi all,

Overy 2 years ago a neighbour, built a small bungalow at the end of their garden without permission.
Fingal were notified and were supposed to have filed an enforcement notice, however the neighbour kept building to completion.
An objection was the put in and Fingal allow the neighbour to keep most of the building, with few restrictions.
This then went to AnBord Pleanala, who enforced further restrictions, which 2 years later have still not been implemented.
Fingal CoCo have take them to court and there have been 4 to 5 court hearing where each time they keep extending the deadline.

    Can anybody tell me
If and where I can make a complaint about this,
if I can challenge Fingal CoCo legally on this,
if AnBord Pleanala are totally out of the loop and have no more interest
If I can go back to court and challenge the courts decison, which seems to be letting them away with this.

In a climate where we the government and fingal are supposedly stuck for money, this would seem like the biggest waste of state and tax payers money.

    Any advice would be great.
