Ok long story short, I bought a Dell Mini 10v netbook at the start of the month, and on the same day ordered a spare 6-cell battery from them for this laptop that I could use when I go on holiday at the end of the month.

Over 3 weeks later and no sign of the battery (the netbook arrived). I've rang Dell numerous times to receive the typical robotic regurgitation of apologies and false guarantees to get me off the phone. First they said I'd receive it in 4 days, then the 13th, then 20th, then the 27th and now the 4th of August.

I want to cancel this order as I'm sick of being lied to about delivery dates.

Does anyone know where I can buy a battery for this netbook? Maybe a bricks and mortar around Dublin?
