On recommendation from my gym instructor I went up to Tesco to get some supplements for the lack of fish in my diet, but I think I got one better.... Seven seas once a day cod liver oil and Erythropoietin Excuse the bad photo but I didn't want to look like an eejit (well, get caught being one) or look like a criminal
