Hi

Have Italian 3GS

Recently Jialbroken and Installed Cydia

I am having a problem...

I have installed Winterboard to mod themes etc, I then install a theme and couple of tones.....but nothing happens

I cant see the theme or tones anywhere and Winterboard doesnt even have any thing for me to modify

Any ideas or am I am complete thicko

Na your not a thicko! Last time I checked, I read that winterboard hasn't been updated to work with 3.0/3gs, I'm sure it will be updated soon enough...

winterboard works fine on 3.0...only thing it can't do at the moment is inject keyboard skins...

what happens when you open winterboard??

When I open winter board I only get a few line items that I can tick or untick.

I used pwnage...read somewhere I should use purple snow...???

How do you take those screenshots...I will do the same and show ye.

after u install the theme, can u see it in winterboard?? Normally, u'd install your theme via cydia or SSH, and enable it through winterboard. Then when u hit the home button to exit winterboard, the phone will respring, and u're theme will be applied.

not sure on the jailbreaking method, i used redsn0w and had no issues with winterboard

I think its ok now, themes appear in wintersnow.

I noticed I was getting a cache error..so that was causing a problem.

Any one got recommendations for good themes

Can you mod the themes ?

I use the Aqwoah theme.

It includes skins for everything, charging, dialer, calculator etc...

I don't get why Apple didn't build in support for themes/skins. You'd think they would try and make a quick buck by hawking them through the App Store!

Maybe they hold back stuff like themes and other functionality that would be easy to include so that they have stuff for future updates and iphone models.
