Which Laptop?

    Hi,
I'm looking for a laptop to use for college next year. I don't need it for anything too intensive, just taking notes and probably storing music, photos and watching the occasional movie. I'm not planning on playing many games or doing any heavy photo-editing, so it's just for general multimedia.
Things important to me for the laptop are long-ish battery life, a DVD burner, 2GB or more of RAM and a fairly compact form factor so I can carry it around with me (no bigger than 15"). It also needs to be 800 euro or less.
    Thanks in advance :)

any walk-in shop(curry/pc world etc) will have what you want there, just pick the one you think it looks cool and under your budget, they dont have much high end laptops in shop anyway.or you can try some online shop for more choices (and probably cheaper price) - komplett/elara/laptopdirect etc)

for long battery life ask for a 9 cells laptop battery,it is heavier and bigger in size so make sure you are willing to spend some extra cash on extending the battery life but in exchange you give up abit on its mobility
