    Hi there,
I was wondering if it was possible to avoid the public waiting list for a consultation by paying for a private consultation. My problem is that we dont have health insurance. Is it possible to visit privately but then if surgery is required...but not urgent, be put on the public waiting list?

    yep, shouldnt be a problem!

just tell the consultant when booking the surgery (if it comes to that)

    good luck!
