PC wont boot

Having trouble as said. If I go into repair mode I can see that its version 1, Build 2600,servce pack 3 . And then it re-boots. Any advice would be great.

is it giving any error message or blue screen?

did you make any changes at all before this started happening?

if you cant get into safe mode to do a system restore you could try this

or the command line manual method

other than that you could reinstall the OS... could still be a hardware fault in which case you need to find out whats failing
