Grove Island apts. About 2 minutes walk to the college, very nice too.

I personally recommend the Grove Island appts also. There are student appts but there are also regular blocks of appartments also. Secure as well and minutes from A&D as mentioned.

If it were a family member asking me this question I would tell them to NOT consider anything else.
