    Just heard on the news that the Lynch hotel group have gone into liquidation. Because they own the South Court will the ball be moved or does anyone have any info?

    Nah, South Court is grand for the short term, They are just planning a financial restructuring to consolidate their debts etc.

    Just to clarify the Lynch group have gone into examinership not liquidation.

    Just to re-iterate that the Lynch Group which owns the South Court is in voluntary examinership.

    It is not in Liquidation.
