Will the Rastafari Movement now be able to carry on their religious beliefes which include the spiritual use of cannibas without fear of prosecution under the new Defamation Bill, are their rights now protected?

They can do it anyway. Statutes/acts/bills dont give them this right (or take them away unless they consent); its their God given right just like it is mine and can be yours if you want.

Can you give a link to where any god gave them this right?

What does the Defamation Bill have to do with this?
