    Hoegaarden 75cl €2.99

    Leffe 75 cl 1.99?

That couldn't possibly be right. A 330 ml costs more than that.

Does anyone know which Lidl's have this stock, and for how long?!

I was in one about a month ago and apart the canned stuff like Grafenwalder the only other "name" brands they had were Beamish.

Don't think the 75cls are cappable though, pity or I'd have a couple of cases.

Everything's cappable with the right caps. And capper.

Actually, Inédit comes in a lovely 75cl bottle that takes an ordinary cap. Wait for it to be sold off for €2 a throw, though.

stocked up on hoegaarden and leffe today.
Got 2 box's of each (6 per box)
They didn't seem to have too much in stock.
Only 3 box's of leffe and 5 box's of hoegaarden.
I went in at 9am to suss out stocks, and back at 10.25 to fill my trolley.

Got six bottles of Leffe Blonde as i haven't drank the stuff in over 6 years,
and stocked up on 12 cans of the real dutch heineken (not the pi$$y stuff brewed here)
Just opened a blonde and oh i do love the spicy aftertaste mmm delicious :D

I can't drink Heiniken without getting a hang over and I'm talking only 2 pints don't know what it is about the drink but when I was in Amsterdam and did the Heiniken tour I had it at the Brewery and it was wonderful ... I had a skinfull and I was perfect in the morning. SO it make you think what sort of crap they put in the Irish version

Only the pi$$y draught version is brewed here. The pi$$y cans and pi$$y bottles come from the Netherlands.

How are those beers on Special Offer? It says on their site, "Was €2.99, Now €2.99" etc.

Are the 75s not corked rather than capped? Some of them are - e.g. La Chouffe IIRC

Well that would make sense then. :pac:
Although I don't know why they are giving the "before" price.

Hmm, I've posted this disturbing picture before.

I have drank it, a bit watery & bland, I would drink it sooner than bud or miller though.

beers listed on the site now

Tesco are now selling Bishops Finger, and Spitfire for €2.00 (alongside London Pride), so the Lidl deal is not as exciting as it would have been even a few weeks ago. I picked up a few bottles of the Goldings summer ale, light flavoured bitter, inoffensive stuff. It would be nice on a hot day, served slightly colder than I would normally drink ale.
