Hi Kelso

I am currently involved in registering a charity with the revenue.

If everything is in order it may take a month or more.

However if it happens that the revenue want you to change things such as your constitution, bi laws etc. then this can also take time. If this happens they will want to re review everything again.

It is therefore important to give the revenue as much information as possible at the first application as they will usually ask questions regarding any area of the operation that they do not understand or are unclear about.
