It depends on your gut, I've nurtured mine by using a rigorous programme of not exercising, sitting on my backside and drinking beer. All that hard work and not to go on a gut feeling?!

The first instinct is always right. Whether it be choosing a holiday destination or meeting someone for the first time and wondering if they are an asshole or not. Its the times I've not followed it are the ones I regret tbh.

Everytime I ignore a gut feeling, it ends up I should've followed my gut feeling. I have learned this lesson now about 392524 times in my life, and it still hasn't sunk in. No worries, I'll remember next time. Stupid head overriding gut. Head's a retard tbh.

Going against your gut is the worst feeling ever, you never get to enjoy the mistake and you already knew it was wrong, so no lesson learned. That said, we've all made the mistake.:(
