Hi, I was just wondering if you have to resit your driving test after being disqualified for drink driving in Northern Ireland and hold a irish driving licence?

As far as I know you can only have one license at any one time, ie if you had originally an Irish one and exhanged it to get a UK one then you no longer have an Irish one, if you wanted to get an Irish one you would have to exhange the UK one which you no longer have. I'd imagine on the form for applying for an Irish license it asks about previous license held and so would be fraud if you didn't admit to having previous UK one.
