    Hi there,

I'm currently waiting on the outcome of my JA claim and as it stands I'm due to move out of my current rented accomodation at the end of the month.

As far as I am aware I already done my means test in the Social Welfare office (went through bank statements etc) this was a few days after I submitted the forms and have yet to hear anything back in regards to my claim.

I am now waiting since May 1'st so hopefully they get back to me shortly but if I move in the meantime will I get put to the back of the list again?
I would be in a different catchment area so they would probably have to transfer my claim to another office anyway.

Anyone with a similar experience/advice i would appreciate it if you posted about your experiences

To answer your heading - yes you can transfer a pending claim. Might need to bring in proof of the new address.
