Copying a Terms of Use

    Is there anything wrong with copying someone else's Terms of Use and just rewording where necessary for your own needs? I have my hands on one that basically will only need to change 10-20% of it and it will do perfectly...is this frowned upon?

    i'd say you're the first to say you were thinking about it - but not the first to actually do it!! - wonder where everyone else gets theirs.....:rolleyes:

    Might as well get the Privacy policy as you are there

    It's like anything when it comes to legal issues. You need to be careful. Fire it off in an email to your solicitor or someone in the know and ask them what they think or to throw an eye over it.
