    Going to Costa del Sol this Sunday 26th with 2 boys (8 &3), We are staying in the Polynesia Hotel. Just looking for any tips if anybody has stayed in this area.

    Costa del sol is quite vague, can you be a bit more specific?

    I see from your Hotel that you are staying in Benalmadena, Its a lovely place to bring a family, I have stayed their on serveral occassions. There is a beautiful a prom that stretches from Benalmadena to Torremolinos, full of shops and lovely restaurants. make sure you check out the streets behind the promanade (Near Torremolinos) its full of shop & Rest too. plenty to see and do. Mijas is a beautiful little village up the mountains nearby well worth a visit when you have enough of the the beach.
    The marina area is B/dema has some beautiful Moorish buildings. overall you should realy enjoy your stay there.

    Yes, staying in Benalmadena, Thanks for the advice. A friend had mentioned mijas so I think we will take a trip there.
