    Just googled this.

How to Put Text Into a MS Paint Picture

    1.
    Step 1

Open the MS Paint file that your picture is in.
    2.
    Step 2

Find the area where you want to add text.
    3.
    Step 3

Select the Text tool, represented by the letter A, in the toolbox on your left.
    4.
    Step 4

Put the cursor on the spot where you want the text to start.
    5.
    Step 5

Select font style and size from the help box that pops up when you select the tool.
    6.
    Step 6

Start typing. You will see the text being added as you type. This is a good indicator of how it will look when you are finished.
    7.
    Step 7

Click outside of the text, and it will be fixed onto your picture. If the spacing, size, or placement isn't quite right, scrap it and start over by first selecting "Undo" on the Edit menu, and then starting the process over again.

Easiest way is do what my wife does.

Look at the computer in a frustrated manner,
    moan,
    look at me,
    and
    say,"Honey, help?"
    :eek::p:D
