You were banned for dragging the thread off topic and arguing with moderator decisions on-thread, this is laid out in the charter as the forum rules.

If you have any problems, report the post or PM the mods, that's always the best way.

As for your commercial status, go here if you would like to discuss creating a commercial account for your company.

If your defence is 'he started it' then that doesn't wash with the off-topicness and the arguing with moderator on-thread rule infraction. You saw people get banned for the exact same thing that you did, but you posted the same thing anyway.
