    It depends on the overall height. Most upper decks are usually only 1.9-2mtrs high so your roof box could exceed that possibly.

    They like to know because they can put you on the lower deck with the trucks and vans to avoid and damage to you and them.

    You are best off to let them know and pay an extra as they may charge you a late fee, admin fee when you arrive.
