Problematic Letting Agent - Help!

Hi, can anyone tell me what association(s) letting agents belong to or may belong to in Ireland? I REALLY need to lodge a complaint against my current letting agent, but I have no idea of any associations for agents in Ireland, thus I have no idea of where to lodge my complaint. There must be an association or a complaints…
