    Hi Guys

I am having a party on Sunday and usually cook this particular banoffee. Unfortunately I lent my cookbook to a friend who is away and I can't get the book back. I have searched the internet and have failed to find it.

Does anyone have this recipe? And if you do could you please please post it here for me?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help,

    Cuite_pc

I just use the recipe on the can of condensed milk. Seems to be the same!

You can buy Bonne Maman caramel if you're feeling lazy, it's a great substitute.

Yeah, the recipe on the can is grand. It's a very straight-forward dessert. In fact, you can now buy Carnation Caramel tins. It's just the condensed milk already boiled into caramel afaik.
