    Apparently Alex Kingston has been spotted filming in Cardiff with Matt Smith, so River Song must be back for some more episodes. The BBC have not confirmed the role yet, but given that they had a past, it more than likely is.

    Also, that article notes that the TARDIS looks quite different & they're right; it does look more retro. Hmm maybe it's part of the period adventure (presumably, judging by River Song's clothes)
