    If I send off the application tomorrow how long will I have to wait.Im 19 and want to do it at Tralee centre.

    Try and get a letter from your employer saying you need the test in a hurry. Also tell them you'll take a cancellation if one comes along. that way you should get a test quicker.

    I applied 6 weeks ago in Dundalk - still waiting on a date - you get your date about five weeks before your test.

    OP - if you are on a 1st Learner Permit in category B, you'll have to have had the Permit for at least 6 months on the day of the test (but you may apply anytime).
