Just want to be able to change mp3 from 320 kbps, to about 120, for use on phone. Or even be able to chop mp3.

I've checked the essential free software page to no avail???

Anyone know one that is user friendly?

    Thanks,

    Kev.

I use between creative media source and mediamonkey.

Creative can be found on the net(i dont wanna post if its against rules),but it general only comes with creative mp3 players.

Mediamonkey is a player/tagger and converter among many other things and i HIGHLY recommend getting used to using it. www.mediamonkey.com

Switch audio converter is another one you could try http://www.nch.com.au/switch/

    Also blaze pro media http://www.blazemp.com/

Oh and chopping a music file for a phone i have a motorola, so i use motorola phone tools.
What phone have you got and can you connect it to the pc do you know?

True I suppose, still im a mediamonkey man. Play the tracks and convert them in the same player no need for extra software or windows opened.
