machinery gone missing

lads we are all aware of the current climate and how its affecting us all,
the big companies owe us money, the farmer lost his reps and the councils and opw are basically closed like the banks, because they all have no money.
but what about us the small medium contractors who used to employ up to say 50 people at the height of the boom.
well were a dying trade ,and now someone is trying to nail the coffin shut, by taking our machinery, whats in arrears ,and whats paid for, dont matter to them.
word on the street today is that the banks are setting up their own auction houses to sell off these assets, due to the undescribable actions taken by the privately ran auction houses,leading to an uncertanty sorrounding the safety of this machinery they store, and also the questions as to why machinery with no repayments left on it was also "reposessed" and didnt turn up in these auctions at all.
now we are all depressed and have a story to tell, but are at the same time in fear of our livelihoods, our lives , our families and most importantly our homes, so im opening this thread to hear from men /women from all sides of the country who have encountered these merchants as i will call them, for now and if you have had difficulty with your car/jeep/van/tractor/lorry/digger/harvestor/or so on i would like to hear from you . as myself and another member of the boards have an organisation set up to help people in this situation, or even before it comes to this point of the asset being taken,
its free of charge doesnt cost anything to join us, just pm me and i can forward you contact details, everyones story counts, and as i said we all have similar stories to tell so we all cant be wrong.

dont get depressed over it stand up for your self and your dying trade, we may also be organising a peacful protest when the dail returns , at present its being planned , via us and our farming friends in the ifa,

i would ask the moderators to take a moment to think about this subject and what it is doing to good honest people before jumping in and closing our line of communication on this website. and if you have a problem with this topic then pm me and wait for a responce before you cut it again.
