German Militaria and PayPal

Be careful what items you pay for with Paypal:
Examples of items that generally may not be sold using PayPal:

    · Items that bear symbols of the Nazis, the SS, or the KKK, including authentic German WWII memorabilia that bear such marks
    · Crime scene photographs
    · Morgue shots
    · Letters and artwork from notorious murderers
    · Electric chairs and related capital punishment items

So, they excluded all genuine German WWII collectors items but none of the other countries' militaria collectables? Nice gesture towards the genuine collectors.

Is this a new thing ? It is getting so I really hate using Ebay and paypal - they are both dreadful.

    (zoink!!)

I have heard of a few sellers of TR militaria who no longer use paypal as their accounts get locked. IBAN is just as easy within europe and no fees.

Another thing to do is mark the payment 'Services' instead of 'Goods' then in the comments field specify your address & the item details.

Subtle of them to group legitimate German WW2 militaria right in there with sicko memorabilia like morgue shots and electric chair fetish stuff.
