Anyone ever used website "otel.com"??

As the titile suggests i'm thinking of booking a hotel through otel.com but have seen both good and bad reviews on various sites bout them. So basically i'm not so sure how legit and reliable they are.

Has anyone on boards any experience with these, both good and bad would be really appreciated.....

1800hotels.ie say that if you can find the same hotel for cheaper they will match it.

Have used these for all my European travels and got some fantastic deals

i have used otel.com on numerous occasions for hotels in countries as varied as morocco to Luxembourg, never had as much as a single problem with them, great website imo and their money off your next booking is nice bonus (5 plus credits)

I have used otel.com about a dozen times for hotels all across Europe over the last few years. Never had a problem and they are always very reasonable compared to some other sites. As the previous poster said, the money off your next booking is good also. They are always my first port of call now when looking for a hotel.

Thanks for the replys, there's a difference of about €100 between otel.com and 1800hotels, for the hotel i wanna book so i think it'll otel for me!
