    Do you know that €6bn leaves our economy every year in energy costs? Even by the simple fact of spending that money on domestic energy creation (ie renewables) will be an incredbly huge boon to our economy.

    That's before we even go into the economics of wind power/hydro/solar vs fossil fuels.
