    Okay guy just a quick question I have a month left on my first provisional but it is after getting lost. Rather than ordering a replacement can I just apply for my second provisional now. I have a full bike License still in my possesion if that helps.

    As far as i can remember after losing my first one i just went in to the office explained the situation and was given my second one then.

    Damn it this wouldn't have happened if the damn website had taken my online application form. Ended up by the PC for a few week while I tried it again every few days. Then it somehow dissapeared

    You can't apply for a licence/permit online as there is an adhesive part which must be signed.
