Not being smart but did you try putting 'galway races buy tickets' in a Google search? The first result returned directs you to www.galwayraces.com/shop where it says:

You can buy admission tickets, lunch, reserved seating, parking or racecards for any day of the Galway Races by choosing your required date from the fixtures listed here.
