    Hi

We have updated our website with a new look / skin (www.MovieExtras.ie).

I am looking at doing some research with our members and ezine database about the new look. Does anyone have some advice about what questions I should ask or is there a website with some advice?

I am thinking of using www.surveymonkey.com to administer the research.

    Cheers
    Derek

PS any thoughts on the look of the website would be great, good or bad!

by the way, our old site is www.old.movieextras.ie (there was a
    temporary
site for the last couple of months). Is the new one better or worse........??? Cheers, D

I think the new design looks very well. Very smooth, to the point and simple. Excellent job.

I havent found any issues with it. Just two points

You should put title tags on all the links and images.

Also the "information" menu - I think renaming this to "About Us" or "Who we are" is more universal instead of just "information"

    Best of luck with it

    Hey Waterboy,

I was told Alt Image tags are more effective ? Is this not the case ?

good place for that whole, coding, structure, color, etc is over to the Tec - Web part of the Boards and over to the Irish Webmaster Forum - both have a 'site review' sections.

It's warts and all - so if you put your hand out, it might be slapped!

That's exactly what you want though.

I put together a questionnaire, http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=HGJMDVb9Rh2Vm3Izl4lf2w_3d_3d included some general stuff on the busienss.

The questions relating to the website look and functionality seem to be working out well
