FRONT RACK BAG c/w MAPHOLDER

Most bags with map holders are found on handlebar bags, as I have butterfly bars on my touring bike I need a rack bag to strap on top of the front rack and will take a map.
Has anyone seen or used a bag like this.

The Topeak tour guide handlebar bag would be fine but I dont think it would attach to rack securley.

    Thanks.

Any comments or hints would be welcome.

To be honest I think you might need to separate the functions - there certainly are rack packs for front racks but I think a map attached to one is going to be a bit far away for comfortable reading. Maybe just go with some class of map holder that attaches to the handlebars?

Or go el cheapo: zip ties + sandwich bag = rainproof map holder.

The Ortlieb handlebar bag bracket fits nicely on my butterfly bars
