Today I dropped into the fair that was being held in Barryscourt Castle in Carrigtwohill, I was very impressed with the whole thing. There was something for everyone. The country sports side of things was small enough as there were not that many trade stand etc but hopefuly they will develop this in future.

Sorry but I didn't take any pics. Anyone else there?

Also took part in the clay shoot on Saturday. Very well organized, friendly people. My teenage son had to jump in because one of our team didn't show up. A friendly lad who helped run the event gave him a loan of lovely Beretta.
I was astonished to see so much 2nd world war equipment at the show. Was a nice day out with the family.

No it doesn't, which was a real pitty coz I didn't realise how much stuff was on, missed all the Gundog stuff.

There must have been a couple of thousand people at it yesterday.
