Okay very stupid question I know but can someone please tell me how you highlight multiple folders in the same window? Want to delete loads of folders but if I go one by one I'll be about 14 hours! Thanks.

Hold down CTRL while clicking on the folders. Shift can also be used to select all folders between the first one you click on and the last

Either hold ctrl while clicking extra folders to add them to the selection, or click the first folder, then hold shift, then click the last folder. All the ones in between will be selected too. Or just click beside the first folder, hold the left mouse button down, and move the mouse to draw a box around all the folders.
