PVC Window Peeling

Hi folks, We have white pvc windows with the leading white stipes through it. The thing is, the white stripes, are on the outside and have started to peel off in places from cleaning, weather ect. Leaving a grey underpart exposed. Can this be painted? replaced or what do people reccomend? dont want to try and take it all…

dont want to try and take it all off so want to try and fix what we have
