Vario Racing Bikes

Has anybody heard of Vario racing bikes and are they any use? I know there's a downhill and dirtbike company called Vario, but I found a racer for sale that I'm gonna look at but can't seem to get any info on the bike. Anybody any info?

Viamin C, I am jumping on to this thread also as my husband is also considering buying one of these racers. Someone has a batch of them for a good price but we cant find out any information on them. If you do find out let me know. Thanks.
