Depending on your exact views, deism, maybe theism.

Deism - believing in a supreme being, that religion can understood by your own observations of the natural world - but usually rejecting the idea of miracles

Anyone think religion divides people. For e.g people focusing on who's denomination is better/right, which church does the most community service, which church brings in the most money, etc?

Yes... Its a senseless and archaic form of dealing with the unknown.

What will you do for us if we worship you?

Jebus gives us nothing, oh there is talk of everlasting life but I think its a load of crap and he is just trying to scare us in to giving him money.

What will you do for us?

I'd call myself agnostic. I don't tend to believe there is a god in any form, but I cannot say this for sure, so i'll leave myself open to all posibilities.

However if there were a god, the idea that he would want us to worship him is absurd. If this was the case, however, I wouldnt worship the ego-maniac anyway.

I was going to ignore your post, much the same as I ignore your prayers, but I've decided to bless you with a response.

What will I do for you? I will accept your worship and do feck all else. What more could you ask? I'll suppose I could take all your donations if that makes you feel better. I may even send acolytes to tend your children but that hasn't worked out so well in the past so I may skip it this time.
